Too true, when I was over there I couldn't contain myself. I remember our campervan being eyed off by a kea, he was so bold as to walk right up to it, circle it and give it a good look over before deciding that the Hilux next to us was more tasty-looking. Later in our trip I saw Tui, his song was beyond gorgeous. And kakapos! Nothing will melt me into a puddle of feathered gibberish quicker then a kakapo!
One day I will visit there again, perhaps even move there one day.
